Extremely positive experience. I have been going to the gym for 14 months and I am fully satisfied. I find the team of instructors extremely professional. They modify the activity based on the customer's characteristics, without neglecting safety. They constantly correct and advise. Personally, in September I suffered a fracture in my foot due to domestic trauma. After a month of stopping and immobility, they helped me gradually regain my physical shape with specific exercises for the trauma reported. Strongly recommended.

What about the AEQUILIBRIUM gym, a healthy medicine for the body and mind. I felt like a wreck, recommended by the Physiatrist I began my journey in this wonderful place where professionalism, kindness, availability and cleanliness reign. In a short time I was reborn..... The instructors are wonderful...... Luigi and Gigi always welcome you with a smile.... I couldn't do without them anymore. Seeing is believing.❤
